Why the Fig tree?

One day, the carefully planned garden design at our Athelstone home suddenly yielded a fig tree. The tree grew of its own accord and was no part of the plan.  It was a reminder that no matter what plans we have in life, the best outcomes are usually organic in nature – and its growth inspired our business name.
