We’ve been an advocate of word of mouth advertising over the last 5 years. We also invested in media publications in this time, but found this to be money invested without any measured results. Our new objective was to get more out of our current customers. we wanted to know results of our marketing dollars spent. So we appointed Fig Tree Marketing. Since their appointment we are beginning to understand our market which is the driver for decision making which enables our marketing dollars give better returns.
